Set Up Your SIM Card

Your SmartSIM SIM card needs to be activated before use.

Configure your APN and enable data roaming.

Choose Your Device

1. iPhone Setup

1. Open Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data → Cellular Data Network.
2. Enter the APN information below.
3. Enable Data Roaming.

2. Android Setup

1. Open Settings → Mobile Network → select the card name.
2. Turn on Data Roaming.
3. Open Access Point Name (APN) → New APN.
4. Enter the APN information below.

3. Samsung Setup

1. Open Settings.
   Tap the Settings app (gear icon) from your home screen.
2. Go to Mobile Networks.
   Select Connections → Mobile Networks.
3. Access APN Settings.
   Tap Access Point Names (APN). If the list is empty, click + or Add (top-right corner).
4. Enter APN Details.
   Name: SmartSIM
   APN: plus
5. Restart Your Phone (Recommended).
   Reboot to activate the settings.
6. Enable Data Roaming.
   Return to Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks. Toggle Data Roaming to ON.

4. WiFi Hotspot / Router Setup

1. Insert the SIM Card.
   Properly insert the SIM card into the WiFi hotspot device's SIM slot.
2. Access the Hotspot Admin Panel.
   Connect your phone/computer to the hotspot's WiFi network. Open a browser and enter the hotspot's admin address (e.g., http://192.168.0.1 or refer to the device manual).
3. Log In to the Admin Panel.
   Enter the administrator username and password (default credentials are usually on the device label or manual).
4. Configure APN.
   Navigate to Mobile Network or APN Settings. Manually add or modify the APN using the information below.
5. Enable Data Roaming.
   On the same page, find Data Roaming or Roaming and toggle it ON.
6. Save and Restart.
   Save the settings and restart the hotspot device. Wait for the signal light to stabilize (approximately 1–2 minutes).
7. Test the Connection.
   Reconnect to the hotspot's WiFi and try browsing or using data to confirm activation.

5. Camera Setup

Method 1: Configure Using a Phone

Insert the card into the phone, configure the APN of the card, and then insert the card into the camera.

Method 2: Configure Using the Camera App

1. Power on the camera. Press the Reset button for 5–10 seconds. After you hear the device say “system reset”, insert the card in the correct direction.
2. Enter the device's app. Click “Add a device”, then click “Setup 4G Device”.
3. Click “Blue light isn't constantly on? Click here”, then click “Setup APN”.
4. Click “Setup APN”, enter “plus”, and click “OK”.
5. After configuring the APN, if the camera has not detected the card, let the device scan the QR code. If the card is detected, click “Next”.

6. Smartwatch Setup

1. Open Phone Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data → Cellular Data Network.
2. Enter the APN information below.
3. Enable Data Roaming.

7. GPS Tracker Setup
